This Dunkin' Donuts is similar in design and layout to any recently updates Dunkin' franchises but is extremely slow. I waited for almost 10 minutes without a line (or any other customers in the store) for my food to be completed and when finished, it was mediocre

There are never enough people working there. The wait is ridiculous! Lately there have been 2 workers...3 at the most. Tonight we went to get a coffee, drive thru was closed so my husband went in. 2 girls working and 1 of them just got fired via phone! Down to 1 person trying to run the whole show! I feel very bad for the girl who is now working alone. What the hell is wrong with Corporate!! Hire more people! Ever since Manny and that crew left this DD has gone to hell!! My advice...until this mess is fixed-STAY AWAY.

I've been to a lot of DD so I've seen it all, BY far these girl are the best. Quick, fast & efficient. They always get your order right. I don't know where they got this crew but I'm thankful!

Every Saturday and Sunday i go here it is an experience. They only seem to have two people working all the time. The manager is the only one I ever see working. The last time they had more than two employees the girl at the register kept saying she needed her medication and was freaking out. Could not ring in my order and nobody was helping her. Mean while the girl behind her was walking around on her phone grabbing munchkins out of the trays and stuffing them down her throat.......This place needs serious help. Especially for being in such a busy area. I still attempt to come here but half the time I have to leave because i know it will be a 30 min wait.

Manager is rude, staff is great and friendly. They are extremely understaffed for busy times and I always spend 10 minutes waiting in line. Please! Hire more people!!
